Zimmerman, Civil Rights Charges

That guy who occupies the White House and his attack dog Eric Holder managed to demonstrate just how far they would go for political purposes.

For the past two years they have gone after George Zimmerman as a last desperate attempt to satisfy a constituency which profits in claiming a world view of victim hood.

Ya all know, the usual gangsters like 'Hymietown' Jackson and Rev Al Sharlaton have the lease on the Barry's neck and that Holder guy doesn't care who he tramples.

In this case George Zimmerman was in their targeted victim.

George Zimmerman not expected to face civil rights charges in Trayvon Martin death
The Justice Department is not expected to bring civil rights charges againstGeorge Zimmerman in the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin, according to three law enforcement officials, despite allegations that the killing was racially motivated.
The federal investigation of Zimmerman was opened two years ago by the department’s civil rights division, but officials said there is insufficient evidence to bring federal charges. The investigation technically remains open, but it is all but certain the department will close it.
Two Years
Investigators still want to “dot their i’s and cross their t’s,” said one official, who like others spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to comment on the matter.
Yea, sure

Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter in a state trial in Sanford, Fla., last year. Even so, civil rights and African American organizations urged Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to bring a federal civil rights case against him.
Of course, Eric H. Holder Jr. was more than ready to comply.
It's politics not Justice.
I mean, what is one person who identifies himself as Hispanic to do?
Seems best thing is to go about his own business and ignore the racists.

Trayvon Painting creates new Lie

I once heard "A cat has nine lives, a lie lives forever."

What a better way to demonstrate that as this painting presents a fictional representation of what led to the death Trayvon Martin.

The message, "We are all Trayvon" is ludicrous on the face of it.  We all don't ambush and mercilessly attack a total stranger.

MURAL OF GEORGE ZIMMERMAN SHOOTING TRAYVON MARTIN UNVEILED IN FLORIDA STATE CAPITOL

Titled, “We Are All Trayvon Martin,” the painting shows Zimmerman firing a gun at a hoodie-wearing figure. The painting features a mirror to signify that the shooting could have happened to anyone. There is also an image of Martin Luther King Jr. with blood trickling down his head.

George Zimmmerman, Screwed

The first eight minutes or so are great. Maybe because I already seen George Zmmerman's father on that Hannity interview and it got real boring. Nontheless, it may interest some folk.

Issue if Zimmerman is Released

I have been delinquent in that I have not posted anything about the persecution of  George Zimmerman. Media lies and professional race agitators (Sharpton, Jackson) stirring the mob.

Now with the politically motivated arrest the Florida authorities are faced with letting a man accused of murder out on bail. I am no expert on this, but does it make sense to bail out murderer?

He'll make it out, and should.

Safety, location at issue if Zimmerman is released

After spending a week in a jail cell by himself, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with murdering Trayvon Martin stands a good chance of being granted bail Friday, despite the severity of the second-degree murder charge he faces.

Whether George Zimmerman is allowed to leave the county as he awaits trial — and how he would remain safe — are two questions likely to be at the center of the hearing at the Seminole County Criminal Justice Center, legal experts say.

"Although it's not routine for people charged with murder to get bond, they do get bond, and I think there is an excellent argument to be made in his specific case for him to be released on bond," said defense attorney Randy McClean, who practices in Seminole County, about 15 miles northeast of Orlando.

Zimmerman has several factors in his favor. For one, he has ties to the local community including family members who are expected to testify by telephone on his behalf at Friday's hearing.

He turned himself in voluntarily after second-degree murder charges were filed against him last week, a good indication that he doesn't pose a flight risk. He has never been convicted of a crime, which suggests that he doesn't pose a threat to society, legal experts said.
