We all know about the  Charlie Hebdo Shooting: 12 Killed at Muhammad Cartoons Magazine in Paris. Right now seems the murderous spree is coming to a head, Cornered Charlie Hebdo suspects 'want to die as martyrs'.

Reason that I feel it necessary to remind everybody is more than to inflame. It

is my way to introduce everybody to Average Mohamed.

It can be difficult to remember that most Muslims are not like those who commit such despicable atrocities.

In the war for young people's hearts and minds, Mohamed Ahmed hopes to use cartoons to dissuade a generation raised on "The Simpsons" and "South Park" from taking up arms for the Islamic State group and other extremist causes.

Ahmed, a convenience store manager from Minneapolis, has launched AverageMohamed.com, a website offering homemade videos aimed at countering the messages and images terrorists use to lure disaffected youths.

"I don't want my children fighting this war. Let's end this in my generation," said Ahmed, a married father of four young children.

Sitting in his sparsely furnished recording studio, Ahmed, 39, said he started his videos out of frustration.

"I've decided to take on one value at a time, one item at a time, to shoot down extremist ideology and philosophy," he said. He took the moniker "Average Mohamed" because of the worldwide popularity among Muslims of the Prophet Mohammed's name.

I thought of the videos Average Mohamed I have so far watched, this best applies to the latests wannabe martyrs.

No Right to Kosher or Halal Meats

We know enough about the current occupant of the White House and his aversion to Christian principles when it comes to unborn human life. That is all fine and good, then his Obamacare law moves on about other First Amendment issues.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

Not satisfies with the attack on Christian principles, why not go after the Jews and Muslim?

One mght think something simple as Kosher or Halal meats would escape the attention of the ever expanding/intrusive government would be spared. 

Short of attacking the concept of God himself just attack the practices of the religious to make a point.

DOJ: Free Exercise Clause Does Not Protect Kosher Meat Companies

U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli told the Supreme Court on Tuesday that the First

Amendment right to the free exercise of religion and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (C)—which Congress enacted to guide the Executive Branch and courts in defending that right—would not directly protect kosher or halal meat-processing corporations from a hypothetical federal rule that by generally banning certain meat-processing practices effectively banned kosher and halal meat processing by incorporated businesses.

Verrilli told the court that the customers of a kosher or halal meat-processing company--not the company itself--would have cause to sue in such a situation.

But he did not directly say whether the Obama Administration believed that the customers of a kosher meat-processing corporation should prevail in such a case.

However, Robert F. Shedinger, a professor at Iowa’s Luther College, has a different argument. He thinks Jesus was actually…a Muslim. Yes, really. In fact, he wrote a book explaining all about it:

Got that? According to Shedinger, Islam is a “social justice movement,” not a religion, and since Christ supposedly supported “social justice,” that makes him a Muslim. To quote him, “I came to the conclusion that [Islam] was a social justice movement and I think that’s who Jesus was in the first century so I conclude Jesus is more like a Muslim.”

Extremism is not the sole province of Muslims. Scapegoating is a  tradition shared all over the world throughout history.

12 dead in Egypt as Christians and Muslims clash

CAIRO — Clashes between Muslims and Coptic Christians in a Cairo suburb left 12 people dead, dozens wounded and a church charred in one of the most serious outbreaks of violence Egypt’s interim rulers have faced since taking power in February.

The unrest began Saturday night in the Imbaba district northwest of Cairo, as a mob of hard-line Muslims attacked the Virgin Mary church. A separate group of youths also attacked an apartment building several blocks away, residents said.

The assaults were the latest agitation triggered by allegations that Copts have held women against their will because they intended to convert to Islam.
