London's CCTV network is a waste of cash

LONDON'S 10,000 crime-fighting CCTV network, which costs £200 million, might as well be cardboard boxes on the end of sticks. You need less surveillance and more guns in the hands of citizens who know when and how to use them!

It wouldn't take a New York second to stop a lot of crime.
